They said they would send me instructions a month prior to my stay and never emailed or texted me until 2 hours after I came to El Calafate. Then they wouldn’t even attempt to refund. Never go here people are rude. If they simply will refund for their error it is understandable. Instead they are telling me I should’ve researched out when I did and they said they will message me.

Hernán y Lidia son excelentes hosts. Desde el primer contacto para hacer la reserva hasta el último minuto de estadía ambos estuvieron pendientes de mí y de mi familia. Excelente solución integral alojamiento + transfers. Las cabañas muy lindas y cuentan con un jardín común muy bien cuidado. Sumamente recomendable!

My stay at Paraiso Patagonico Bungalows and Apart was super relaxing peaceful. The property is very well maintained and the units are very comfortable and charmingly rustic.

Good hotel, reasonably priced, service was great. Analia was very friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations for food and activities. The apartment was nice and cosy, washroom facilities were ok and needed more air movement. Overall good place to stay at a reasonable price
