酒店位於額濟納旗城中心地帶，周邊飯館超市很多，對面就是廣場公園，無論吃飯購物還是散步遛狗都很方便。酒店軟硬件設施都不錯，房間寬敞舒適衞生，物品配置齊全，有免費早餐，各方面都很滿意。

어지나 후양린 바로 근처라 위치가 아주 좋아요. (그래도 걸어갈 거리는 아닌것 같아서 택시를 타긴 했어요.) 성수기라 사람이 많은 편이었는데 새로 지은 호텔이라 시설이 깨끗해서 만족합니다.

酒店還是乾淨整潔，由於是胡楊節房價上漲，從新疆回成都路過。前台沒什麼笑容，冷冷的。整體沒有預期的好。

旺季漲價可以理解，但是早餐，7:30-9點，8:10去了就基本上沒什麼東西了，也不補，服務員還把不多的牛奶自己倒出去泡了蒙古米茶，最後連雞蛋都沒有了，還是在大家的不滿中重新做的，衹有現煮麪條算是能彌補一下。滿房狀態下該準備多少早餐沒有點數嗎？光漲房費不想着提升服務？有地暖，房間倒是挺暖和的。

酒店是新開業的，各項設施及硬件都不錯。但服務極差。
1、在規定的時間去吃早餐，能吃的東西已經所剩無幾，也不及時補充。酒店難道不知道根據入住客人數量備餐嗎？
2、一早出門，晚上8點回酒店，發現房間沒搞衞生。找前台詢問，沒有絲毫歉意卻振振有詞説“服務員病了，難道不準人生病嗎？”
3、三人入住的家庭房衹給一張房卡，讓前台多做一張，要價200元。黑店嗎？
4、服務員全程無笑容，都在抱怨連續加班快一個月了。
我們能理解酒店在旺季的時候會出現應接不暇的窘境，也能體諒服務員的辛苦，但不能接受服務一團糟還振振有詞的態度。
