Ejin Horo Banner Bulake Haote Hotel (Genghis Khan Mausoleum)

First, the area is quite remote. I wandered around the town a few times and found it decently built, but there were hardly any pedestrians, and I couldn't find any decent accommodations or restaurants. This hotel is arguably the largest hotel near the scenic area. Second, if you're looking for the yurt-style accommodation, you should give it a try. The photos are especially stunning, and the morning and evening scenes have their own distinct charm. Third, if you're going to try it once, then just once is enough. A closer look reveals that the hotel facilities are very old, even shabby. It's also pretty deserted, and the sanitation is pretty average. I won't bother to point out any complaints; really, just give it a try. Fourth, the only bright spot was the young woman working the front desk, very kind, welcoming, and helpful. My assessment of this isn't something she, a migrant worker, can change, but it was largely because of her that I didn't give this hotel a completely negative rating. Five, given the town's remoteness and the lack of dining options, our only meal was at the hotel restaurant at 7 p.m. The 198 set meal was expensive and unpalatable. The waitress was okay, but the hostess's attitude during checkout was truly deplorable. I won't elaborate further. Overall, the hotel is large and unique, and quite classy for the area. If you're interested, give it a try; it's quite good. However, be prepared.
