It turns out they have a hidden policy written in tiny print, stating that guests must pay a deposit twice the total price of the stay – something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. When I found out about this, I tried to cancel my reservation and get assistance, but the support team refused to help in any way. They wouldn’t connect me with a manager or anyone capable of making a decision. All I received were generic responses and complete indifference. The fact that they refuse to refund even the small amount I paid for the reservation, despite my stay being two months away, makes me seriously doubt whether they would ever refund such a large deposit. If this is how they treat guests before arrival, I can only imagine what the actual experience would be like. Their slogan says “We host with our heart”, but unfortunately, I haven’t felt any trace of that heart so far. Highly unprofessional, opaque, and disrespectful service. I strongly advise against booking this place.
