偶爾自駕去了趟奇乾，白鹿島酒店入住的。大興安嶺的森林酒店，整體外觀設計和室內硬件很好，跟森林主題很搭配。這次服務體驗超出了想象。尤其餐飲，有個男孩彬彬有禮，幫忙跑前跑後，預約門票。此次出行領略到了大興安嶺人們的熱情和雄偉。

這是個十五年前建的賓館，十五年來並沒有翻新過，整個賓館規模挺大的，應該是常接待團隊療養。房間寬敞，但照明有點昏暗，是那種燈具有點老化了的感覺，淋浴房有點小，且衹有頂噴花灑，洗澡稍微有點不方便，尤其是孩子。淋浴房還會往外漏水，洗完澡整個衞生間一地都是水。
酒店房間沒有空調，但房間通風沒有特別好。到了夜裡即使外面涼下來，開着窗也不通風，恰逢這幾天格外熱。房間裏會有些悶熱。
工作人員挺熱情，也很有耐心。
但酒店地處的環境非常好，不愧是療養勝地，一公里開外就是白鹿島觀景台。如果從莫爾道嘎方向來的話，住宿也非常順路。
去奇乾車程一小時左右，但需要酒店提前給出訪客證，奇乾才能放行。

勸退！避雷！千萬別來住！0、特別遠！路難走，開車開到懷疑人生！1、上世紀90年代風格的國企賓館，服務態度差的一批，工作人員毫無服務精神，我們一孩子一長者，請前台幫忙拿下行李，回句：我們沒這服務！真是硬氣，我們一路從海拉爾過來，小民宿小賓館住過不少，這麼像大爺的酒店還是第一次碰到；2、硬件設施差，床墊牆紙脱落，沒有空調，悶熱無比！熱水限時供應；3、早餐包子不夠想要肉包子，給我來句：我們是肉的和素的混合上的，而且是豬肉的，羊肉餡別想。而且包子都是冷的，感覺是上桌吃剩的繼續給下桌。綜合：別來！

當天從滿洲里前往白鹿島酒店，路途也是比較遠，不太好走，結果這個酒店真的是絕了品了，總結了幾點:
1.入住當天打固定電話及手機號均無法打通，不是佔線就是無法接通，酒店是否應該在入住前和客人確認下?不確認也沒關係，那是不是要留一個有效電話?（見圖1，打的太多了不一一放上了）
2.我們是凌晨趕到的，確實很晚，但酒店沒有值班的工作人員麼?可能很晚了在睡覺休息，那是不是應該在大廳留下燈光，以便後面的客人找到?結果我們這前後找了三圈，前面大廳及後面住宿都找了還特意叫了好幾聲，還是沒人;（見圖2，中間的小光亮是聯繫後才開的）
3.通過攜程聯繫到了酒店老闆，我們才能找到工作人員，拖着一個32寸的行李箱，你們沒有人幫忙就算了，還説旁邊有無障礙通道，姐姐，你不知道在施工麼?（見圖3）
4.再説房間，沒有抽紙，前台説有事用固話聯繫前台，天!到了房間瞬間無語!您這固話是擺設嗎?（見圖4）
5.熱水:我們確實到的很晚，但早上十點多洗漱的時候沒有熱水!這涼水都結霜了，咋洗漱?結果澡洗不了、洗臉都是用洗臉巾捂温了擦一擦……（見圖5）
最主要的是我們帶着長者和孩子過來這邊放鬆心情，這倒好，渡劫了似的……強烈不推薦，不知道那些評論四星酒店的是不是都是做廣告的!大家不要再踩雷了!!

設施和裝修比較老，類似於政府招待所的風格。早餐時間短，8點半就閉餐了。前台很冷淡，我問幾點開午餐，她的反應是讓我自己去餐廳問。一再要求下才給餐廳打電話求證。客房服務不專業，早晨7點多敲我朋友客房門，朋友在睡覺沒有迴應，直接就刷卡進門了，多虧朋友上了鎖，才沒有直接闖入。餐廳服務不錯，提前讓後廚開餐，領班大姐熱情周到，提醒哪道菜比較慢，提醒夠吃了，沏茶、給小朋友贈送飲料。地三鮮和番茄牛肉不錯，鍋包肉中規中矩。服務給了2顆星，都是衝著餐廳。前台和客房讓人無語。
從室韋去白鹿島到滿歸再去漠河，是一條近路，節省400公里。酒店又在靜謐的大興安嶺深處，景色宜人。但各位也要做好住地方政府招待所的體驗感。服務品質與四星差距太遠，佛一點，降低預期。

非常安靜！非常安靜！環境一流，餐廳的經理非常友善，知道我們起的晚還能給留早餐，中餐廳基本全天供應，非常nice，房間雖然設施有點過時，但是很乾凈，整潔，關鍵整個服務團隊的服務意識很到位，遠超這個地方的平均水平！
