We had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with brand-new facilities that made our stay super comfortable. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even prepared mosquito repellent for our kids, offered snacks, and packed breakfast for us when we had an early outing. Every request was handled promptly with a smile, making our trip hassle-free. Both the kids and grandparents loved it—this place is a gem for families! Highly recommend!

在內蒙，酒店經營者思路超前，酒店裡裝了充電樁，我在呼倫貝爾住了很多酒店，有蔚來充電樁的僅此一家。房間衞生乾淨，早餐品種比較豐富。有自助洗衣房，每個房間還免費提供一次性的浴巾，大堂還提供免費咖啡。

看了評論來的，確實像大家説的。服務熱情，環境很好。到店直接升級了房型，送了很多一次性用品。房間很乾凈，床品品質不錯。每層樓都有茶水間。必須要好好表揚一下早餐，特別豐富！中西餐都有。肉末茄子，五花肉燉豆角，羊雜湯，簡直絕絕子！太好吃了！早上就提供大窯。走的時候還送了列巴和牛奶，太貼心了！

全五分評價送給這裏的服務，我很少寫這麼多評論，實在是有太多優點。一來就免費升級了陽台房，入住冒雨在車上幫拿行李，進房間送來一次性用品籃，晚餐吃飯送來花生飲料，走的時候送上伴手禮。服務員全程真摯的服務態度，可以説比我見過的所有五星級酒店服務都好。4樓的餐廳師傅廚藝很好，晚上的俄餐分量足，3個人吃了兩頓，早餐也很豐富。

可能是住過的早餐最豐盛的酒店，本來定的沒含早餐，酒店直接送了6份，細節做得很好，免費給我們升級家庭小童房，一次性浴巾，小禮物，幫提行李。樓下院子裏小孩很喜歡玩假期第一天很好的體驗。剛進呼倫貝爾第一晚住的，優勢太明顯，對比太強烈，以至於後面幾天的酒店總是不滿意😔

因為臨時打算在額爾古納多玩一天，去白樺林和國家濕地公園，所以延住一天，選了價位較低的大床房，但店方同意繼續住昨天價位較高的家庭房，贊一個！
這家的早餐太讚了，品種多不説，做得還特別地道，細節太豐富了，尤其是羊雜湯，一點羶味沒有，紅棗粥居然是去核的！
細節決定成敗成敗，這家的服務水平和對細節的把控絕對是當地頂尖的！
也不是完全沒有缺點，16點到24點的洗澡時間，對我這種喜歡早上也洗澡的人不是那麼友好。
