酒店服務熱情周到，同行有小孩，免費升級了家庭房。飯菜衞生可口，食材取自於自家菜園，美味新鮮，擔心不夠吃，還加大了菜量。看到長者身體不舒服，熱心介紹了就診診所。還熱心介紹了周邊景點和特色美食店鋪。服務的無微不至，很感動！！！下次來額爾古納旅遊，還來南苑賓館。

住進額爾古納南苑賓館出乎意料的好 木屋酒店 氛圍特別好 老闆服務也很好 意外的驚喜 水果 體驗到了星級酒店的服務 酒店位置很好。酒店的老闆服務的態度真是沒得説，待人熱情、和藹，服務也很周到。聽説我們是遠道而來，那天又很熱就親自去他家的小“冰窖”給我們每個人拿了自家種的黃瓜為我們解渴。當天晚上由於我們一整天的自駕有點累了，也不想去街上吃飯了。我問老闆娘能不能在她家吃飯？她説當然可以了！我給你們做點城裡很少吃的黃花菜炒肉，保證你們喜歡。晚飯我們確實嚐到了老闆娘精心為我們炒制的兩個菜黃花菜炒肉和韭菜花炒雞蛋，應該説這兩個菜超級好吃！總體來説，房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，老闆免費贈送自己種的有機黃瓜，自助早餐種類特別豐富，非常好吃，五星推薦！
