I have to mention Claudio at check in. He was very helpful and pleasant. He made you feel very welcome and has a great attitude. The lobby is clean and inviting. Actually the whole hotel is clean and inviting. The room was clean and neat. Best of all it was quiet. The soaps/shampoo are in bottles attached to the walls and these were all filled. So many times they are not but this hotel showed that they paid attention to details. I used the onsite laundromat and they had 6 machines and it was free! ( bring your own laundry detergent). I appreciated this. There was plenty of lighting in the parking lot at night. My only complaint would be the breakfast. It did not appear that any employees were staffing it. There were multiple empty spaces and the food was cool because of people opening the doors, and all the heat for the food coming out. I hate it when eggs are cool. I later thought that I should have just made a plate and taken it to the microwave in my room. The coffee was plentiful and you could make a waffle. They just need an employee there and some way to keep the food warm, if so I would have rated it as a 5.

At the front desk there is a super enthusiastic customer service agent who helped me straighten out my booking when every other website showed no rooms available, he was very professional friendly and knowledgeable.. thank you Claudio @homes2 Making my travel less stressful and expensive

Marita was awesome each morning. She always had a smile on her face and very helpful. The only thing was the bathroom in my room had the fan on constantly and I could not figure out how to shut it off. I would definitely stay here again. They also have a peloton bike.

All the staff here are very very sweet and on top of taking care of their customers including cleaning staff . There isn’t anything that they won’t be able to accomplish for you . Genuinely my most enjoyable experience. The front desk staff are especially helpful including Nate, Claudio , And Nelsy and yamile

The first room that we had, had bedbugs took Photos went to the front desk and the nice gentleman who was the Assistant general manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a route to floors down and apologized. However, I won’t go back, but the staff was extremely friendly.

We had a very pleasant experience. The Hotel is clean. Room was specious and the kitchenette was great. Food was good. Agent Marita was especially nice and helpful. She made our stay very comfortable. I am very happy to recommend it. Thank you.
