Edward was one of the friendliest and gentler reception I have ever met in the UK, he spoke very good English and helped us talk to Uber drivers on the phone, he was very nice!

Location is 5 to 10 minutes walk from Waverly train station. Just turn RIGHT from the MAIN STREET. Staff was helpful in arranging a cab for us to airport costing only £28 for 2 of us. IF we took the tram, our costing would be £15, but you needed to drag your luggage 🧳 and if raining 🌧 will be tough. The washing machine works well and come with ironing facilities. There's a iron with ironing board. Me managed to washed and iron all my clothes after 6 nights before flying off to Bergen. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

The pantry utensils were not cleaned at checkout for which they forfeited the security amount of 100 pounds .

The rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped and tidy. There are free washers and dryers, and the kitchen is fully equipped. What a great experience! Hope to visit again. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable!

The uncle who cleaned the room was very handsome~ The transportation is quite convenient. It is between the Carlton Walking Path and Princes Street, and the Edinburgh Tour Bus departure station is right outside the door! I will recommend friends and parents who come here to visit again next time~
