Easy access to major tourism attractions in Edinburgh.

Great central location. New modern room. Comfortable mattress . The toilet could have better closing door without gap. Extremely small room very limited space to open luggages etc.

Easy to check in and quick. Only water pump sounds noisy after finished the toilet and pump sounds happening when next room uses it.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is on Rose Street, a certain distance from Vivary Station. However, Edinburgh is still safe at night, and it didn't feel like we had walked far after getting off the train. It is very close to nearby attractions and can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, small but quiet.

You have to go to the restaurant on the first floor to get hot water, which is very inconvenient. The hygiene is average. The carpet is black and looks like it has not been cleaned for many years. Every time I go to Edinburgh for 20 years, I will choose to stay in Rose Street, even if it is a B&B or a fast hotel. This time I chose to stay in this hotel. The room is small but well-equipped, very clean and quiet. The bar on the first floor is very cozy and provides drinks, simple meals and free coffee and tea. The surrounding environment is very good. There are bars and restaurants outside. The commercial street is very lively, hotels, train stations, buses, parks, royal castles, etc., so next time I will still choose to stay in this hotel 😜👌👍

It's only a 10-minute walk from the train station with a large suitcase. It's just behind Prince Street, and the location is excellent. It's very clean, and breakfast bread, fruit, coffee, etc. are also OK. I stayed for three nights in a row. The only drawback is that it's very small. It's fine for me to stay alone, but it's definitely not for two people.

Let’s talk about the location first. Go straight to the National Gallery on Princes Street and turn right. You will see JD. There is a small intersection in front of you, turn in and you will see the hotel. There is a rigid rule that check-in can only be done after three o'clock. You can check in by yourself or wait for a manual check-in. It turned out that I didn’t choose breakfast when I booked the room, but it was extra at the end. It was £6/person, which was a fair price, but the food options were limited. There is nothing in the room, but if I am traveling alone, it is enough. To have a place to sleep It’s clean and the location is quite convenient.

Staying for 2 nights only provides you with 1 bottle of 350ml water. You need to drop G/F refill by yourself, it's too uncomfortable! In addition, there is a problem with the bathing and hand sanitizer placement in this room! Keep bath soap by the sink! There is hand sanitizer in the shower room! The reception was notified the next morning, but no improvement the second night!
