Great central location. New modern room. Comfortable mattress . The toilet could have better closing door without gap. Extremely small room very limited space to open luggages etc.

Easy to check in and quick. Only water pump sounds noisy after finished the toilet and pump sounds happening when next room uses it.

Hub by Premier Inn is located in the center of Edinburgh, just a few minutes away from Prince Street. It is very convenient to walk and take public transportation. Hub by Premier Inn is different from the general Premier Inn. Its room area is only 11 square meters. The room area is exquisite and only basic accommodation facilities are provided. Water, coffee, tea...even tea cups, etc., need to be taken free of charge in the attached bar (which is also the place where fast food breakfast is provided), so it is inconvenient for those who need to drink hot drinks in the room. However, the TV in the room is the first hotel in our trip to the UK that can truly provide online TV. The reception is clear and the sound and picture are excellent. The only thing worth praising is that the hotel can provide free luggage storage, saving us money, mental and physical consumption...because according to online information, there are many hotels in Edinburgh that do not provide luggage storage services.

The hotel is on Rose Street, a certain distance from Vivary Station. However, Edinburgh is still safe at night, and it didn't feel like we had walked far after getting off the train. It is very close to nearby attractions and can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, small but quiet.

You have to go to the restaurant on the first floor to get hot water, which is very inconvenient. The hygiene is average. The carpet is black and looks like it has not been cleaned for many years.
