Really great and cozy place to stay! The location is more towards the castle (like 10-15 mins walk for us) and to the famous alley, which was perfect as we love hanging out in the streets rather than where the downtown H&M area is. The unit is also very accessible since it’s on the same level as the entrance so just maybe a small steps to go up and you’re there! Just a short walk to the various grocery stores choices. Just that take note about the unpredictable weather in Edinburgh, so remember to bring your own raincoats/umbrella. Grateful that there were fruits and essentials like cooking wares, tea/coffee, soap shampoo, towels provided so we didn’t have to worry abt those! Overall would love to come back here again~

We were looking for accommodation in the centre of Edinburgh at relatively short notice. And we were really lucky. Relatively cheap in comparison. The whole old town was easy to explore on foot. Across the street, you could have a delicious breakfast at The Coffee Mill.

It was a perfect apartment for two people. The owners (or manager) went far and beyond trying to make our stay the best. It was close to the Edinburg castle, bus stops and food.

First of all, I would like to praise the landlord's service. He is attentive and thoughtful. He replies to messages immediately. The house is clean and tidy. The environment is quiet. The sound insulation is not bad. The facilities are consistent with the description. The space is OK, but some places are not practical. The location is convenient. It takes 10-20 minutes to get anywhere by navigation, but the road conditions are complicated, with slopes, steps, and stone roads... Maybe this is the characteristic of Edinburgh.

The landlord cares about the guests and often asks if there is anything they need help with. The decoration is very warm, and the sofa in the living room can barely sleep one person. There is a boiler to cook noodles for yourself, and the facilities are very clean. I brought my mother to Edinburgh to play, and my mother was very satisfied with this B&B. She felt very happy staying there and left a good impression. The landlord is a cultured person and has many classical masterpieces. Then borrow the musical instruments in your living room to play a song to express your gratitude😊

As a B&B, the facilities are very complete and the location is excellent. It is very suitable for travelers who travel independently and like to cook their own meals. However, there is only a bar in the B&B, which is not convenient for travelers who want to work. Moreover, the height of the bar and chairs are not suitable. You have to bend down when eating on a stool. There is a small desk/dressing table in the bedroom, but there is no stool. After asking the owner of the B&B, he was willing to send a stool immediately. He was very willing to assist and responded quickly, so we had a table and chairs of suitable height for us to use.

The location of the B&B is very good, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. Compared with the hotel, you can have a deeper understanding of Edinburgh life. The interior decoration of the room shows the landlord's care, and all kinds of appliances are also complete. Every detail will feel like home! A very very very very good sister!! She helped me solve many problems. I was very embarrassed. It was very close to the castle and various attractions. It was also very clean. Unfortunately, our time was too short and we only stayed for one day. PS My son is so cute~

A friend's family of three came to visit and asked me to help book a B&B with a better location. Before booking, I drove around to check out the location and it was indeed quite good. A very satisfying experience. The B&B has complete facilities and is very clean. It is really right under the castle. The location can be said to be very good. Compared with the B&B in London a few days ago, it is much more cost-effective. There are adapters, slippers and children's books (these two are really thoughtful) as well as fruits and cards, except that there is no parking space... The real thing matches the picture perfectly! The host sister was super considerate and prepared fruits and candies🍬 to welcome us! The kitchen supplies and tableware are all complete, and those who cook will be happy! There was only a double bed, and there were three of us. One boy slept on the sofa. We communicated with the landlady in advance and got permission to prepare an extra quilt! The water flow in the toilet is very strong and the hot water supply is sufficient.
