Absolutely fantastic, staff were amazing! Super helpful. We travelled with our 2 month old twins. Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Location- Superb Gym - Excellent Front of House - Very poor. Didn't reflect the W service that we experienced in other countries. No smile, didn't look like she wanted to work there (Christina) , didn't brief us about what came with our reservation, ie breakfast and where to go for it. Asked for late check out at 2pm , which was granted. Thank you, however at 1.40pm , they sent someone at our door to make sure we leave the room ! Horrible and embarrassing. The deposit that they took during check in from our CC hasn't been refunded yet! Good beakfast which was from ala carte and it was the only good service we had here... thank you Ryan for the tips on Dean Village, We went there and it was beautiful. Overall -:For the money that we spent, this stay was a let down. I will not stay here again.

Great view，great breakfast. The room was large and spacious and very new. The location is very favorable.

None of us was satisfied with the staff called Camile. The manager was nice. The supervisor was nice. The other staff especially like Camile was like a newbie that likes to throw his attitude to guests. Honestly we felt like racist and disappointed as W hotel should come with 5 star service. The facilities are good but I wouldn’t even consider W hotels in other cities. Lots of luxury brand of hotels to choose, why W 😵💫

Convenient location, but the room lighting is dark & there is a table with lighting between the beds & the television which blocks the view

stay at was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable.

Amazing views of Edinburgh and beautifully designed hotel. Staff were very helpful and food and cocktails were really good. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is very good ,the breakfast is very nice ,Room size is good , lobby people are very helpful and friendly . my room have some problems The staff very fast to help

Really comfortable bed! The cocktails were delicious, the view was amazing and you could see all the landmarks of Edinburgh

Staff are nice but housekeeping and service are poor, and feels like they allocate unpreferred room when booking is thru agents. I will not stay at this hotel again and will reconsider booking thru agents. Thanks

I had an amazing stay at The W Edinburgh. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, and the dining experience was superb. Highly recommend!

The first time I stayed in a hotel under Bonvoy its so bad overall
