Comfortable but issues with room 7
Rooms small but practical and clean. All was comfortable. Watch out for room 7. The door entry is from the communal kitchen and is not sound proof. Biggest issue though for me was that the windows don’t seal properly and the smokers area is just outside so the stink of smoke and noise of the smokers was disappointing. If they fixed the windows to stop the smoke smell coming in and making it more soundproof for both the windows and door it would be perfect. From what I could see other rooms would have been fine. I’d stay again if I could ensure I was in a different room.

The room was quiet and clean, which made it very comfortable. For a price under £60, it’s an excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and quality accommodation.

Pillows very lumpy and mattress not very comfy. That said, nice warm room, if bedding sorted it could be near perfect. Orange juice at breakfast would be nice.

Very satisfied. Good find in unlikely spot
Difficult to find. No signage giving direction or sign on the premises. Any visitor in darkness would have problems.
Room excellent and good breakfast facilities. Could not find staff when departing.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Lovely property and comfy bed with Netflix on the tv. Wonderful communal garden and complimentary breakfast every morning from 6:30am-10am. Couldn’t recommend enough

Value for money
Overall, good. No free parking available unfortunately, so parked on street. Not ideal but no harm done.
Needs clearer check in/out details on description. Had to call number to enquire.
Room comfy but too warm, as bathroom towel rail was on. Be fine in winter, but a little uncomfortable during summer.
Road noise but that was to be expected due to location.
We would stay again, great value for money.
