Two primary bedrooms are located on this level. Both have king-size beds. Rounding out the first floor is the washer and dryer and a half bath. Upstairs two bedrooms share a full bath.
A large 14 x 28 saltwater pool was added in 2023. There is outdoor dining and chaise lounges to soak up the sun.
Just steps away from the library, seafood market and all that downtown Edgartown has to offer with beaches, restaurants, and lighthouse, this home is a perfect vacation retreat.

Excellent property centrally located close to downtown and Morning Glory, beaches etc. kitchen well appointed and pool was great! Lot of space and each room has own bathroom which was great! Host was terrific
