This was a great location - just off the main street of Edgartown. There are free buses so you do not need a car. Coco's is part of the Edgartown Collective - 5 hotels total. Hotel Coco does not have its own breakfast or afternoon cookies - guests go down the street (2 doors down) to the Sydney. There is a restaurant below the Inn, but the music typically ended at 10:30 PM or 11:30 on a Friday. Guests have access to all five Inns. The room and bathroom (while small) were nicely updated with a large shower. Breakfast was not a full American breakfast, but rather a cold European one, but there was plenty to eat including little bowls of cheese and meats. All five hotels seem similar and were all centrally located, so whichever you choose is good. The people who work there are responsive and helpful. The front lawn was quite beautiful with the August flowers and it is a lovely place to get a drink.

We absolutely loved the hotel and our stay and the team could not be nicer.
One issue was that we were directly above the restaurant so it was noisy til 10pm..... I have a 4 year old so that was challenging. However the hotel offered to move us immediately to one of their other properties however my daughter refused to move as she said it was " the most beautiful room she had even been in and she couldn't leave her pink fishes (the gorgeous wallpaper)" (fierce words for someone who's mom designs hotels for a living ) so we stayed and had a wonderful stay and would stay hear again. Alex, Ellen and the team are just so wonderful and helpful - they capture the spirit of the island and vacation in this magical little place.

This place depends greatly on the room you get. I was on first floor above restaurant (room 1) and it was really loud.

It's hard to find a nicer more convenient hotel in tony Edgartown. Expensive, but so is everything in this town. Bring summer clothes, friendly attitude, and be ready for a lovely night after a day around the island.

Great location very close to shops and dining but quiet. Beautiful grounds. Room was spacious and bath was well appointed and new Breakfast was delicious and easy to access

Loved the historic property and the manager McKayla is genuinely so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond from helping us with parking, offering handmade cookies, to giving us great recommendations! Everything about our stay was perfect except the AC not working in our room. Wasn’t too much of an issue as the weather was moderate but would definitely stay here again in another room
