Maison D'Anthouard was an acceptable hotel near Lyons. It has ample free parking. There is no elevator in keeping with the historic nature of the house, so the staff will assist with taking your luggage to the room. The beds are comfortable, with fine linens. The grounds are immaculately kept. The staff is helpful -- When our shower overflowed from a clogged drain, the poor breakfast chef who was all alone, scrambled to find us a key to another room so we could finish the shower. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and overrated, but offered a good location.

Nous nous attendions à nous régaler mais ce ne fut pas vraiment le cas. Les portions étaient petites et le plat principal pas du tout à la hauteur. Sec et sans saveur. Je fais mieux à la maison. Le dessert est servi généreusement mais cela ne fait pas passer la pilule du peu et bof qu'il y a eu avant, pour une addition qui, de ce fait, apparait bien salée à la sortie. Par ailleurs, le personnel, se sentant peut-être pas entendu, parlait fort derrière nous et cela n'est pas très élégant pour un 4 étoiles. Enfin, le parking du restaurant n'est pas éclairé - nuit noire - obligé de sortir la lampe de poche pour y voir un peu. Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

Cher responsable, Je souhaite exprimer ma profonde déception quant à l'accueil médiocre et au service bafoué lors de mon récent passage. Le personnel était peu accueillant, et semblait désintéressé de ma présence. J'ai dû attendre longtemps pour obtenir des informations sur la chambre, notamment sur un dysfonctionnement au niveau du téléviseur. Les employés manquent scrupuleusement de courtoisie. Je suis déçu de constater un tel manque de professionnalisme et j'espère que des mesures seront prises pour améliorer cette situation.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel bien sympa, la chambre était décorée avec goût. J'ai adoré la baignoire ! Tout est propre pas de bruit, parfait ! L'endroit est calme et reposant et très bien situé. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers

Magnifique demeure au style historique. Personnel très jeune,très serviable et aumable. On sent l’emprunte de l’école Bocuse toute proche. Tout est parfait , à l’exception, ……..l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur , …….le parking est exigu et peu pratique.
