Wir hatten wundervolle drei Tage in diesem Gasthof und sind begeistert.🤩 Alles hat einfach gepasst - vom super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Team bis hin zur Sauna. Das Zimmer (7 :) ) war spitze und wunderschön. Das Hotel ruhig gelegen und trotzdem war alles sehr gut zu Fuß und mit Hund erreichbar.🐕🥾🏞️ Besonderen Dank an die Küche, denn das Essen war einfach himmlisch🥰. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fam. The hotel doesn't understand the definition of "hospitality." Dinner is served no later than 8:30 PM. Due to traffic on the highway, we arrived slightly late (8:00 PM). When we called the hotel to say we'd be late for dinner, they told us the chef had already gone home. So we paid for a dinner we never received... There was no discussion, compensation, or conversation possible. Our room wasn't 100% clean and the bed was uncomfortable. We do not recommend this hotel.

Ich hatte von meinen Arbeitskollegen einen Gutschein für zwei Personen und zwei Übernachtungen als Geschank erhalten. Dort war schon ein Termin eingetragen. Die Umbuchung auf meinen Wunschtermin um Juni hatte "Florian" noch noch vorgenommen, wenn auch kurz angebunden und schon recht unfreundlich. Krankheitsbedingt konnte ich die Reise jedoch nicht antreten. Meine Frau hatte ihm das einen Tag vor Reiseantritt noch per Email mitgeteilt. Nach meiner Genesung habe ich widerholt versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, per Kontaktformular auf der Homepage, per Email, per Whatsapp und auch telefonisch. Frolian verweigert nun jeglichen Kontakt. Der Gutschein wurde im Vorraus bezahlt. Das Geld ist ihm wichtig, die Gäste ganz offensichtlich nicht. So etwas unfreundliches habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt.

Wir haben in der Hütte übernachtet. Für uns die richtige Mischung aus unverfälscht ( minimalistisch alt, wenn moderner Schnickschnack nicht nötig) und modernem Komfort ( Dusche, Toilette, Warmwasserversorgung, Betten). Bestimmt gerne wieder .

Tolle Unterkunft, gelungenes Ambiente -traditionell und modern. Das ganze Team war super herzlich und zuvorkommend, außerdem kinderfreundlich. Draußen drei Bobbycars und jede Menge Wiese. Es gab auch eine tolle Spielecke im „Wohnzimmer“. Dort außerdem ein kleiner SB-Bereich für Getränke und Snacks, sowie Spiele und Bücher für alle Altersgruppen. Qualitatives und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen. Sehr lecker! Das Zimmer war urig und gemütlich. Die Yoga-Stunde am Morgen war klasse!

Die Lage ist beeindruckend, BergKhof eine perfekte Mischung aus uriger Hofalm und stylischem Berghotel. Florian und sein Team schaffen mit ihrer Art eine entspannte, ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Die Sonnenterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, die Sauna und Yoga sind inclusive und tragen zur vollkommenen Erholung bei. Und der beste Kaiserschmarrn ever 😊

Leider wird der Hof ausschließlich über ein Onlinesystem geführt, sodass der persönliche Charakter verloren geht. Sobald es mit der Buchung komplizierter wird sind die Angestellten damit überfordert und der Besitzer ist nicht bereit einem zu helfen. Ganz im Gegenteil, wenn der Gast ihm zu blöd kommt, gibt es gleich ein Hausverbot! Ich bin schon sehr viel gereist; so etwas ist mir bisher noch nicht untergekommen. Sehr schade, denn der Hof ist eigentlich sehr schön.
