Very clean an updated hotel
Check in was quick and easy. We arrived very late in the night and they assured us that our room would be saved. The lobby and hall areas were very clean and new. Room was very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly at check out and ensured that we enjoyed our stay.

Quite comfortable spot
Perfect location to visit both Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. Spacious clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Quiet location.

Last week I placed my mom in a wonderful assisted living facility in Eau Claire. It was bittersweet, but also it was time. Whenever I am in Eau Claire, I stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Eau Claire Chippewa Falls. The staff have become like family to me. This hotel is so very clean, the housekeeping staff are incredible, every single person always asks if there is anything extra that I might need. ALL OF THE MANGERS are rock stars. And I have a very special place in my heart for Lili who is the breakfast manager. She always has a smile, makes sure I eat a good breakfast before I leave for the day. And she never fails to make me laugh! And it's so nice to see how committed she is to making sure all of the customers are having a good morning. If you need a place that feels like home - I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Seriously! Thanks to ALL OF THE STAFF!
