It was wonderful after a long day on our feet to get back to the hotel and actually use the hot tub. The pool/hot tub are open until 11pm. The hotel and room were very up to date and clean.

Everything about this property was fantastic! However, by using ******* to book, was a daunting experience. They charged me $84 extra for booking through them. I was hurt to learn that booking through a third party is not necessarily beneficial. They did not return my money, apologize or offer any type of compensation. Truly against an human morals.

The property was bright and clean. From the outside - in, it was apparent the staff went to great lengths to ensure the hotel was clean and well cared for. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of 4 and I like that the room we had had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

This hotel did NOT disappoint. Every single one of the staff I encountered was friendly and very helpful. We needed extra towelsand the staff did not hesitate to get us more. We needed a good pizza place recommendation and the front desk had a sheet of paper she gave us with all the favorite pizza places in town. This hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great and the breakfast area was kept very clean even with the morning being busy. We were in Eau Claire to tour UWEC and for a Legion baseball tournament at Carson Park.

This holiday inn allows pets and were very welcoming of us and our dog ( a border collie). The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. We were hauling our goats to the north dakota state university and will be going back tonight to spend the night before heading home. The price was very reasonable and only an additional $25 pet fee. I highly recommend this holiday inn!!
