What a wonderful place! I had been a decade+ ago and I love the new owners, Marirose and Bernie. They are passionate about the property, fun, friendly and full of great tips. The house is beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a bottle of wine on one of the many outdoor porches. Location can’t be beat either - right in the middle of everything! We will be back!

One man's "quaint" is another man's old and musty. The inn at the Oaks falls somewhere in between. Occupying an old captains house the innkeeper is wonderful and certainly is accommodating. Service is excellent but not obtrusive. Breakfast was very basic but filling. Our room, while very comfortable, seemed old and musty. Another guest may have found it quaint.

MaryRose and Bernie are the absolute best, super kind and giving Bed & Breakfast that we have ever been! This is a must if you are traveling to the Cape.We had the best Anniversary weekend and can’t wait to go back! A beautiful, charming B&B. Close to beaches and great restaurants and they are so helpful and beyond Outstanding!

We enjoyed a five night stay in June at the Inn at the Oaks. The Inn rooms were comfortable and clean. The grounds were well maintained and breakfasts of yougurt parfaits and local baked goods were delicious. The Inn is in a convenient location near beaches and restaurants. Most of all, the hosts, Maryrose and Bernie were great conversationalists who couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating! We highly recommend staying there. The Whalens

My Wife and I just completed a wonderful weekend at the very special BnB. The hosts, Mary and Bernie, could not be more helpful in providing recommendations for everything local. The Lynch's positively love being inn keeper's. The Inn itself is classic NE Inn with nice specious clean rooms with comfortable beds and traditional furnishings. The common rooms were large and nicely furnished . The property had nice porches with rocking chairs, a second foor large porch overlooking the lovely gardens . It even had a fire pit for cool spring and fall evenings. The Inn provides beach chairs and beach towels a nice touch. The Inn also provides a full breakfast buffet which was delicous. I highly recommend staying here and plan on returning this fall.

The new owners are striving to make the inn feel like you are staying at a family member's vacation home. It is ideally located Mid-Cape and only 20 minutes from Provincetown or Chatham. It is a spacious house with many rooms and beautiful natural gardens. The breakfast home-baked pastries were different every morning, thoughtfully prepared, and tastey. The inn is beautifully decorated with authentic antiques. The room was comfortable though ours, on the third floor, was not as well air conditioned as we would have liked.

My husband and I had the best time at the Inn. We were looking for a place to stay in the Cape for 2 nights before we went camping and my friend suggested this place. The new owners are just fantastic. We came in a little late because we both had to work and they greeted us and showed us around the Inn. The decor is just stunning and the history of the place is just beautiful. You can tell the innkeepers are so passionate about their Inn and all the guests who stay there. They get to know everyone and try to make their rounds in the morning at breakfast. We stayed in the room right at the top of the stairs and it was perfect. The Inn has wifi, always water, tea, coffee available, and great common areas. The Innkeepers gave us GREAT recs for food and places to go. We even visited their daughter's art booth in Ptown and picked up some beautiful watercolor prints when we went camping up there. On top of that the gardens at the Inn are like stepping into a fairytale. I can't wait to come back again!

Delightful inn with a great location in central Cape Cod. The new innkeepers were very accommodating and eager to please. Location is across the street from park service visitor center with easy access to Cape Cod beach. Owners provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area.
