The hotel rooms do not look anything like the website pictures. It didn't look like it had ever been cleaned and had stains up the walls, carpet was filthy, toilet seat loose, tap spinning on basin. The hotel was really noisy in the night with doors slamming at 2am and 4am and constant radiator/pipe work noise.

We recently held our vow renewal reception at this hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our special day. The event space was beautifully prepared, elegant, and welcoming — exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. We had requested a flower arch for the ceremony, and the team arranged it beautifully, which made the setting even more romantic and memorable. The catering team provided delicious food that our guests are still raving about, and the service throughout the evening was attentive without ever being intrusive. Our bedroom was also spacious and comfortable, with a charming four-poster bed and a cozy couch. While the furnishings showed a touch of age, everything was perfectly nice and added to the character of our stay. What stood out most was the genuine care and professionalism of the entire team. They listened to our vision, accommodated every request with patience, and made us feel completely at ease. Thanks to their hard work, we were able to relax and enjoy celebrating with our loved ones. Our guests complimented not only the setting but also the smooth flow of the evening, which is all thanks to the hotel’s excellent planning and staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for such a meaningful occasion. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning an event or simply looking for an exceptional stay.

Arrived at the hotel to see and lady deeply emotional because she had booked a family room which they didn’t have so she would have to put her young children in a separate room… wasn’t the beat welcome. We checked nervously in a helpfully young lady. After viewing out room that looked nothing like the website we quickly desided not to stay there. Rooms were dated,smelly and not the clean. At the reception we were offered another room … funny because the hotel was full but later we heard that’s a tactic so they don’t have to refund your money. The manger was called and he would make a note. Long story short… we didnt stay and still don’t have our money back. false reviews .see photos below … what’s offered and realistic Absolutely would not recommend
