Location is very near to amtrak station. Breakfast is so so. No room cleaning ; even we have stayed for 3 nights.

My wife and I stay at the SpringHill Suites property near the Michigan State University campus when we work at high school sports championship events. We look forward to seeing Ella every time we stay. Ella staffs the front desk on the second shift so she is there to greet us upon check in and when we return tired (and sometimes hot) at the end of the workday. Ella is friendly, professional and her enthusiasm is contagious. Ella deserves the praise and, if there is a team recognition program, worthy of a performance bonus.
