Amazing experience! From the second you walk in you feel like you’re in another world. The atmosphere is amazing and it goes well with the decorations. Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. I stayed on the 3rd floor adults only and had a balcony to just sit out and look at the beautiful area. At night the entire place is lit up. If you get the chance take it, it truly was memorable.

Stayed in this unique hotel for 2 nights during our time in Lancaster. We had rooms on the third deck, which is dedicated to adults only. They have a nice looking small indoor heated pool and whirlpool, but we did not have a chance to use either. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice room (we did adults-only 3rd floor), spacious, victorian appearance. We had a big problem with the toilet not being anchored to the floor (lopsided and it moved) which the maintenance person was unable to fix and a different room was not offered. We balanced it with towels to keep from falling off. Reminded the front desk when we checked out the next morning that it had not been fixed and hopefully no one else is booked in that room before they can fix it. If you want to eat in their restaurant, apparently you need a reservation. When we checked in, we asked what time it opened. We went to Huckleberry's promptly at 4:30 and were told you had to have a reservation and 7:30 pm was the earliest we could get in. Disappointed the front desk didn't mention that when we asked. It is stated on the paper they hand you on check-in but we were in a hurry to eat and didn't read it first. The grounds are very well-maintained with a cute playground and different sitting areas.

My husband and I, along with our youngest adult daughter, stayed at the Fulton Steamboat Inn a week ago. We had a wonderful time. This hotel is so beautiful! The room was so nice. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean. We could have watched the ducks all day! There is a wonderful pirate ship and play area for children. We had drinks and ate in the tavern. We hope to return sometime. Just a fantastic stay from beginning to end.

My husband and I stayed at the Fulton Steamboat for the first time last week, although we had dined in their restaurant and tavern before. We found it to be charming -- elegantly furnished in a steamboat theme. Without exception, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and looking happy to be working there and eager to please. We enjoyed dinner in the Tavern, where the bartender, Zechariah, went above and beyond to meet our every wish. The food was delicious; the Irish coffee a masterpiece, as he made it according to my wishes. Breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious, with those servers pleasant and eager to please. We would definitely return!

It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Staff are very friendly and do their best to make your trip wonderful. Wonderful for families with small children.

Husband and I just got home from here. If I could give it more then 5stars I would. Very clean,,service excellent,,very pleasant and helpful..food was very good,,servers very nice,,,we usually go to Pa a couple times a year,,and I won't be staying anyplace else but here.. If you haven't been or are questioning if you should,,just go,,it is definitely worth it

Loved the pool, the restaurant and our room. The place is beautiful. Good service. We had a nice stay on the hotel. Enjoyed the pond with the fire pit.
