Fantastic location in the coveted Eagle-Vail community, with quick access to tons of amenities! 1.5 miles to Beaver Creek Resort, 0.7 miles to Avon town center, and less than 10 minutes to West Vail! We are dog-friendly, as long as your dog is friendly—and well-behaved. About the property…. On the main level, you'll find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, wraparound windows and sliding doors, and a 65” 4K Roku smart TV with high-speed Internet and digital cable from Xfinity. We have a large kitchen with all of the essentials, and an open dining room with seating for up to ten people at the table and countertop. On the upper level, you’ll find four bedrooms, configured for a larger group. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony, and an en-suite double vanity bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has twin bunk beds. There is a full balcony at the rear of the property, as well. A laundry room and an additional bathroom round out the upstairs layout. On the lower level, you'll find a separate living area configured as a studio suite, including a secondary kitchen (sink, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig), a bathroom, another washer and dryer, and additional sleeping accommodations for up to four people on a queen bed and a convertible queen sofa. The studio also has a 55” 4K Roku smart TV and about 100 family-friendly and classic DVDs to choose from. We also have a Nintendo Wii and a few games and puzzles. In the garage, you’ll find a ping pong table, foosball table, and elliptical machine. We also have a few bikes and water toys, like rafts, to take to Nottingham lake in the summertime. There is a heater to keep the space warm in the winter, too. Our private yard is fenced in on three sides, and the property is lined with aspen trees—and yes, a hammock is included in the summer! About the community…. Eagle-Vail is a family-friendly, community-oriented neighborhood, and a perfect location for a relaxing mountain vacation all year round! Come here to golf, fish, hike, or just relax in the wonderful Rocky Mountain weather! The golf course is open and the community pool is available this summer and available for guest use with a daily pass (additional fees required), and we are just steps away from a wonderful park with a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a great sledding hill (sleds will be provided for our guests in the winter).
