FIRST TIME AND IT WAS AWESOME VERY CLEAN. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. MADE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED! RESTURANT WAS FANTASTIC! GOLF WAS AMAZING! ROOM WAS COZY WARM WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED! PATIO WITH FIRE PIT TO HANG OUT AND ENJOU VIEW WAS GREAT ! WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

If it matters to you, The Chalets at Eagle Point Golf Course is not a full service hotel. Staff is not 24 hours, & the on-site restaurant may or may not be open during your visit depending on the day of the week. Breakfast is advertised as free, but in fact, you are provided with a $10 coupon per person to use at a local pancake house or at the on-site restauant if it is open. Either way, the coupon will pay for approximately half of a normal breakfast. All that said, the accommodations are new, pristine, & lovely, views are peaceful, & you may even see early morning deer or wild turkeys from your room. There appear to be 12 two-room suites available overlooking the golf course. Terri, the only staff member I encountered during my one-night stay, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. (She even offered to move us to a ground floor room rather than have us carry our bags up one flight; there are no elevators, but it was not a problem for us.) I'd definitely stay again if I found myself in the area.

We spent one night in a second floor suite with the balcony overlooking the gold course. Suites are comfortable to spend a few days. Decor is old-school club room - dark colors and carpeting. Its very quiet ex early wake up courtesy of a golf course machinery

Terri was phenomenal! She made sure we had everything we needed & answered all of our questions. She suggested a wonderful local restaurant (Comal) for dinner. We enjoyed our meal so much we returned again the following evening. Our room was clean & comfortable. If we ever return to this area on future trips, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while passing through this area on a road trip through the Pacific North West. We wished we planned more time here because the resort is so beautiful and we didn’t want to leave. Everyone was so welcoming. Beautiful and incredibly clean accommodations with a golf course view. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Everything about this short visit was perfect! Checkin was trouble free and staff were friendly and helpful. My King Room was very nice and extremely quiet. Everything I might want or need was there in the room! There is a restaurant on the property and the food and service there was great.

A friend recommended this resort and it was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! We were warmly welcomed and our suite was well appointed, pristine and very comfortable. The resort is beautifully landscaped, the restaurant was close, had wonderful service and the food was delicious. We relaxed, ate at some truly fabulous local restaurants, played golf and explored local wineries.

Terri Steinhorst, the lodging operations manager was the best person to make plans with. Very knowledgeable & accommodating. Great place to take dogs & have them be treated nicely. Great walking & beautiful landscape in the area. Rooms are comfortable and clean with great beds & great linens. The extra suite was a bonus to have more space with another couple friend on our vacay.

What an unexpected pleasure! We came to visit Crater Lake and by chance booked to stay for just one night here. Our expectations were exceeded both by how nice the accomodations were, the overall area and the dining options available at the resort. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and the food at the resort was excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast on site. It was chilly for late May and the gas fireplace in the room was lovely. The patio for drinks at the end of the day was so nice. We wished we had booked to stay there longer!
