We had a great experience while staying at the Hyatt Place Eagle Pass. The room clean, loved the bed and the quietness.

There are some dirty spots that need a professional deep cleaning but other than that housekeeping does good for an overall clean of the room and sheets.

I was not able to travel to Eagle Pass because of a family emergency so family needed a place to stay locally in San Antonio. I called to transfer my reservation to my hometown so family would have a place to stay. I was told I needed to speak to someone in *******. I called ******* and was told that it was up to Hyatt and that they would send an email. I never received a reservation transfer or a credit since I paid for the insurance and had to pay for a different hotel for family to stay.

Very nice, new property. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was good, they offered a lot of choices which made it easy for me to be able to eat gluten free.

New hotel, nice pool, nice gym. Juan Pablo checked us in, wow he is amazing!!! Great customer service!! Don’t let him go Hyatt! So young and so experienced. The room was nice, but I suspect they have bed bugs unfortunately. A brand new hotel and looked clean but they had tiny insects on the bed and they seem to be bed bugs.

The place is brand new so it’s super clean, breakfast was good they had goo selection. The tables in the room for breakfast are too loose and drinks do spill.

You can hear everything in the rooms
This is a brand new hotels, looks and smells new, this is why I picked it, however the check in process took a long time, it seems their system still has glitches or they aren't completely trained, however that's not the issue, my issues is that in the room you can hear everything, the sound proofing is non existent and I was lucky enough to be next to a person that left their TV on all night and another person that walked out of the room at 6am and started talking on the phone, I could clearly hear the entire conversation. I will never stay here again, just becuase of that.
