There was no water during morning for about half an hour and we need to suffer a lot . The room was even not ready at the time of check in !!! And also the watchmen never came yo open the gate , so every time we need to get out of parking with my car we need to open gate. NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND

restaurant was closed due to staff shortage which i were informed after 8 PM which is peak hours transport connectivity is zero...as it is located in remote location staff behavior is worst and when we asked to manager that where i will get auto rickshaw he called someone but he denied to come than i call someone to come in hotel to peek than manager said "rukna h to ruko nhi to dusra dhund lo"
staff behavior is worst.
room paint was peeling off.
when windows opened than found lot of bushes and spider net and some insects, spider came in which was scary.
i will never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone

Location close to dwarka bus stand. Now running under new name and new management. Very proactive and helpful staff.

Property was good. But cleaning of the room were not good. As if the housekeeping staff has mopped wrongly. No hot water facility. They provided with bucket.
