Good restaurants within walking distance

Good service

This is the worst hotel under Hyatt group... couple inserts on the wall and around the bed...horrible experience. I am wonder how Hyatt group can fulfill client expectations.

The room I booked with Ctrip included breakfast, but when I got there for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't help me... They asked me to pay first and then refunded the money to Ctrip's wallet, which was 25 euros, and the hotel charged the same. But when I looked back at the Ctrip booking, the price was more than 25 euros, including or not including breakfast... This is hard to explain... It was a bad experience... When I checked out, they said they couldn't issue the bill for the time being and the account was unclear. I will use Ctrip less when traveling abroad in the future...

The room is very good. The surrounding life is convenient. Shopping and dining are convenient. There is Chinese food. There is a Japanese restaurant opposite, as shown in the picture

The hotel is in a good location, near Sakura Street, about a 10-minute walk from the train station

The location is very good. The room layout is strange, the shower is next to the window/road. The breakfast is on the top floor, and the city view is beautiful. But we booked breakfast, and the breakfast was not available at the front desk. It took more than 10 minutes of negotiation before we got the room and went in for breakfast (~_~;)

I always come to this restaurant when I'm in Dusseldorf, and I've been there many times. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. The manual temperature adjustment of the air conditioner in the room doesn't work, and it's hot at night, which is the case every time.

The room is small and simple, with a very poor value for money. The service is average, and I was charged an extra room when I checked out. When I found out, I went back to negotiate, but the front desk didn't apologize at all, not even a basic "Sorry".

The location is very good, close to Japan Street, very friendly to Chinese stomachs.
