住了那麼多次酒店第一次遇到老闆因為晚退房直接推門而入的情況，不可以直接打電話或者敲門就行了嗎?敲門問要不要續房，明明已經回答不續了等會走，就直接推門而入了，想想都後怕，幸好不是在換衣服什麼的!

1.酒店服務人員態度差；2.停車收費，訂酒店入住前説停車免費，停一晚結果要自費出停車費，打電話問酒店處理，打幾個電話沒給客户處理，還把客户手機號拉黑，真的噁心。

酒店接待在大樓14樓（一樓沒有大堂），晚上到達酒店發現有房間異味，告訴前台，酒店比較重視並給予房間升級，還比較好。
