重新裝修之後，住他家酒店不下十次，每次來獨山考試或者玩都優先選擇，給人的體驗感還不錯 ，性價比也高 ，不知道是換了前台還是什麼回事 這次讓我很不爽 反饋給平台 不愧是攜程 立馬給我酒店打了折 。原因如下：
1.29號考試入住 我和前台明確要求我不要首尾房，工作人員説她不明確哪些房子是首尾房，還説按照我們訂單順序來選擇房子的，我提前大半個月就訂的，那時候明明還有很多房間，我就被安排到了尾巴房子，無語之一
2.第二天考試完，30號，我換了豪華版的單人間 住兩天，一進去，一張凳子都沒有，立馬打電話給前台，讓她處理，她直接肯定和我説我沒有仔細找，肯定有，語氣之中説我沒有仔細找，房間就那麼大，我該找的地方都找了，我有那麼無聊説故意找你麻煩嗎？後來她估計意識到我的房間是真的沒有凳子，就説待會讓阿姨給我送上來，我説我要兩張凳子，她用嘲笑的口吻對我説，有一張就不錯了，後面就衹是給了我一張
3.我使用了延遲退房權益，3點前退房即可，不到兩點給我打電話問我啥時候退房，我説我可以到三點才退，她説她們就是2點前要退，毫無例外，我心裏超級不爽，也不想再和她溝通，立馬找平台，平台去和她聊吧，後面還不是意識到是自己的原因了
ps：我很少給差評，覺得上班都不容易，但是你，作為前台，基本工作職責沒能做到，還嘲笑顧客，你有啥資格這樣笑我，你這素質*******，見人下菜的傢伙，*********，別以為自己有多厲害，有兩個工作人員，指的是説自己最清楚，你既然沒有考慮考慮我的感受 沒有做到最起碼的尊重 別怪我發瘋！！！
