Amazing place, great vibe, lots of places to visit around the rooms were very clean soacious and beautifull, vijay the manager was very understanding

Not at all a 4-star property .. I wonder how they call themselves 4 star .. The resort is not even 2 star property.. There’s a list of cons than pros PROS: Kitchen staff was good n cooperative.. we were all Jain n they provided us with good Jain food .. breakfast was not that good but lunch n dinner was very nice .. they even made us dinner early as 2 of us were doing chouvihar.. CONS: Rooms are not that maintained.. no toiletries provided in the room .. only shower gel n shampoo bottles are given .. have to ask for other basic things like shower cap , toothbrush kit, shaving kit, room slippers…. They did not even have bathroom mats inside n outside of bathroom.. is this called a 4 star property? no ac working in dining room .. very dull lights .. they charge ₹65+tax for 1 ltr bisleri n say 4 star n 5 star property charges that much only .. they have nothing to call a 4 star property … no ac in games room .. no windows so it’s suffocating.. fans r there but name sake .. pool table not maintained.. looks like some old second hand table .. in fact the whole amenities building is shabby from inside… no ac in reception lobby .. have kept 1 cooler … they have wall fans but saying not working… nothing works properly .. is this called a 4 star property ? Staff members not at all trustworthy.. they opened our room thrice when we were out for sightseeing.. they opened the room to take hairdryer .. there is no safety n security of your things as staff any time can come n go in our room in our absence… Is this called a 4 star property? Please don’t get fooled by these people … THINK BEFORE BOOKING…

The place is good. Neat and clean with good food. The staff is very cordial, and the entire resort is well maintained. I visited with my friends and got a good package with breakfast and dinner. You need this because there is no restaurant nearby.

It was great to visit with family and kids as property was big and vijay kumar jangid was very helpful for out stay and other activities

The most unprofessional Manager- Vijay Jangid Sharma. This manager is so unprofessional that he doesn't reply messages or calls and doesn't even have courtesy to call back. The other staff members of the hotel are very nice and kind except for this Vijay Jangid Sharma. I have stayed more then 10 times here., everytime I book well in advance still there are some or the other problems in the room. Either AC is not working, Geyser is not working or TV is not working Very poor maintenance. The rooms are cozy and the location is good. I would suggest that recheck 10 times about the room and then make your bookings.
