"We had chosen this hotel only because we had relatives in DN - but 1 night was too much. The hotel is very away from a very busy landstr. , so it was not possible to sleep at open window. There was no WiFi - neither in the guest room nor in the room. We did not test the restaurant, the smell from the kitchen has prevented us from doing so."

"Arrived at 16.40 had to check in with their online check in screen, I was tired and in need for the toilet, inputted my booking ref, passport my booking come up great I thought then next page 3 option s before given room number and code, first option pay extra for pet, second early check-in, third option late check out, bear in mind I could check in from 3pm this is now 16.42, you had no choice but to choose one of the 3 options so I pressed early check in and had to pay €15 or no chance of getting my room number. Reception opened at 17.00 so I complained, he replied he will email his boss for the refund I also shown him my original booking, no early check in plus if I had chosen that at booking I would of had to pay at time of booking, I also asked why would the option of early check-in be on the screen if I'm checking in after 3pm, sent several emails with no reply or no refund. Bit of a con."
