Not what was expected
The hotel wasn’t the same as the pictures condition wise, very run down, room wasn’t as clean as expected for its star rating, games room facilities were broken, breakfast options were very limited. For the price we paid and star it’s rated was expecting was more from the hotel

This is great location in the country side, outside the busy atmosphere of Gaziantep city. The place has a spa with thermal baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the senior management were trying their best to assist with any need. Food we ate at the restaurant (both near the hotel as well as the one opposite side of the road) were great. Howver, hotel need some maintenance to its rooms, especially bathrooms. Once pointing out the issues, they promptly fixed them. Also, guests need to remember that only when the request, the cleaning staff will come and clean and make up the room.

I went to this hotel, which appeared in front of me on random maps, saying I was alone, and I'm glad we stumbled upon it, I fell in love, everything was perfect from the management to the staff, from the room service to the restaurant, it was a holiday that I really enjoyed, thank you very much to everyone

We spent a lot of quality time with my wife and children, as if a new city was established, we rode horses with my wife, we chose ponies for my children, we realized that the hotel is actually in a huge area, when Cem Bey made an offer for a ride, the fact that there is an idle open-air cinema at the top, frankly, we were sad that the classic cars were left in that state. It broke my heart, but it was still an excellent experience, I recommend it to everyone.

We had a perfect holiday with my wife, it was a decent environment, I recommend it to everyone. Since it is a place surrounded by nature, you may have some trouble with insects, but I do not think it will be a big problem in the winter months.
