I called ahead to say that we were gonna be late coming in and they said that the front desk would be open till 11. We got there at 10 o’clock and couldn’t find anybody in the office and couldn’t get to our room we had to stay at La Quinta and pay $305as an emergency could not reach anybody to respond to us for checking in.

Fab stay at The Junction. Ideal location for exploring, room comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, also managed to do the kods washing while there! Would highly recommend

Wonderful time. Saw a bear on the bridge path about 100 feet from the motel. Apparently he lives under the bridge. Lots of deer to be seen while walking the path including the Durango-Silverton 'old' train. Views of the mountains from our room was nice. Room was very clean. Basic. Get what you are paying for. We would stay there again.

It’s an older place so you can hear your neighbors, but no big deal. The sheets may not have been dirty, but they weren’t all white so… Went to get coffee at 7:10——- They “don’t make it till 7:30 And on that note we’re done here

Hotel was good for a stop over on the way through. Clean and tidy, but you can hear people moving around and chatting.... some decided moving furniture at 5am was important...

Not a bad little spot but water pressure and shower is long overdue for a repair. Expensive for what you get but comparable for the area. Overall not bad and would happily come back

This place is in desperate need of repair. The parking lot is in terrible condition, and the room had chipped paint, huge scratches on the doors, and a crack in the sink. The bathroom was also not very clean. Despite this, the bed area was worn but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.

The Junction is very much a basic "ski" basecamp and hostel. Nothing fancy but it fit our needs for the one night we were there.
