Llegamos a las 16:00 con una reserva de hace más de 1 mes y no hay habitaciones. La chica de la recepción grosera despota hasta majadera, habría que educarla.. Que pena era un hotel al que solía llegar cuando venía a Durango, pero ya no es opción….

Pedí una ensalda de Room-service y el pollo se sentía mal cocido 🤮, con una textura de una carne que no se ha cocido completamente. También compré un agua y un refresco en la recepción y los precios me parecieron exagerados

El hecho de que estaba en una plaza nos llamo la atención, el check in el recepcionista fue amable, no cuenta con bell boy, el restaurante no es muy bueno y el bar mas o menos, la habitación esta bien, estuvimos ahi 2 noches volveria? Si me parece buena opcion!!

Estacionamiento: no está claro si tiene o no y no hay ninguna señal que indique, si lo tiene, cómo llegar a él. Para subir a recepción tienes que pasar por el centro comercial y al bajar tu equipaje, mucha gente se te acerca vendiendo productos o pidiéndote dinero (limosna) lo que hace sentirte inseguro. Al ingresar nos encontramos buena atención del personal; pero al subir a nuestra habitación asignada todo fue de mal en peor. Requiere urgentemente cambio de alfombra en pasillos; al salir del elevador, el olor penetrante a suciedad era muy fuerte; sobre el pasillo camino a la habitación, habían electrodomésticos afuera de las habitaciones que hacían complicado el pasar con nuestras maletas. Al entrar al cuarto, un fuerte olor a humedad prevalecía, por lo que mejor decidimos abandonar el hotel y buscar otro lugar.

La ubicación del hotel otorga opciones adicionales al plan de viaje al tener acceso a una plaza comercial importante. El acceso es muy sencillo y la capacidad del estacionamiento es siempre disponible para quienes llevan vehículo.

Una vez que estás en la habitación, inmediatamente sientes el confort, y sabes que descansarás, silencio y tranquilidad. Un poco incomodo el acceso al estar dentro de un mall, pero fuera de eso El l servicio excelente. Siempre repetiría.! Siempre repetiría mi estancia!

Pillows are bad, twin beds are much smaller than regular and very uncomfortable. worst thing is the AC was not working properly, I called reception so they could send a maintenance personal, which never arrived. Please DO NOT STAY here! I left that same night and got a AirBnB for half the price with a working AC 10min from "Plaza de Armas". I cancelled the rest of my reservation and I am still waiting for them to give me a refund. Certainly not the service and quality I expected from Fiesta Inn.

El hotel está limpio , tiene muy bie menú e instalaciones , además de una muy buena ubicación. El servicio en recepción no es en mi experiencia el esperando de una cadena cómo está. Las llaves se desactivaban en varias ocasiones . En tema de limpieza está excelente y la atención en restaurante es brillante !

El hotel y el servicio están bien, uno de los puntos en contra es que es difícil localizar el acceso al hotel y a el estacionamiento por qué se encuentra dentro de un centro comercial y hay poca información, las camas son pequeñas, ordenamos una habitación doble con camas queen y el tamaño me pareció como matrimonial. Tiene linda vista de la ciudad pero la ventana de la habitación estaba muy sucia.
