This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.

Buen servicio. Solo que ultimamente dicha cadena de hoteles ha descuidado la limpieza de las habitaciones. Por ejemplo limpieza de toallas y sábanas.

La ubicación está muy bien si no quieres desplazarte y conocer la ciudad, ahí conecta con la plaza comercial paseo Durango, puedes tener muchas opciones de alimentos, comprar ropa, Ir al cine, etc. Las instalaciones están limpias, sin embargo en mi experiencia, el desayuno no es lo que esperaba, los frijoles que te ofrecen no están ni guisados, son cocidos solamente, el huevo está casi crudo.
