I have stayed here for approximately 2 weeks and really enjoyed my stay it was clean and I really like the hot tub ….and Alicia made my stay even better being a solo traveler .

Outside of the room and hotel experience, I wanted to share how Steven (Sales Coordinator) provided my husband and me great professional customer service. I had questions about reservations and possibly using the hotel in the future as a venue and he was thorough, professional, and quick to provide information and followed back up to see if we had questions. It’s been our experience that we don’t always get that premium attention so getting it from this hotel representative should be acknowledged.

The hotel was very nice and the room was big and comfortable. Sadly, I can not give five stars to a hotel that welcomes you in your room with a bunch of hair and toilet paper in the restroom toilets. I showed that to the receptionist before we left, who inbreturn said she is shocked and told she will show it to the manager woh in return will call me back about it. No one did. Breakfast was weirdly placed as it is right next to the reception desk.

Disappointed based on past experience
We’ve stayed there before and really liked it. This time there were quite a few problems. There was something wrong with the heating in the pool area. The pool itself was freezing and the hot tub was uncomfortably hot. When we went to complain, the woman at the front desk said it was a known issue and we were able to go next door and use the pool. I feel like she should have told us that at check in. We heard another guest say the washer was broken. The person at the front desk told her to also go next door and use the washer there. There was also a back door that had been propped open even though the sign next to it asked guests to keep it closed for safety. It was back by the elevators so the person at the front desk wouldn’t have been able to monitor this. The person at the front desk though said they were propping it open on purpose.

Had to check out of different hotel at 11am and asked for a early check in at this booked stay when we arived at 12noon we understand that 3pm is check in and getting an early check in isn't aways possible, so we waited in the lobby where there was maintenance and remodeling going which meant the hotel doors were open to vent heat and they turned off the Air conditioning the rooms and gym all have AC and normally you spend 5 mins in the lobby so who cares but we had to wait until 3pm becuause
