Outside of the room and hotel experience, I wanted to share how Steven (Sales Coordinator) provided my husband and me great professional customer service. I had questions about reservations and possibly using the hotel in the future as a venue and he was thorough, professional, and quick to provide information and followed back up to see if we had questions. It’s been our experience that we don’t always get that premium attention so getting it from this hotel representative should be acknowledged.

Home2Suites was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the hotel. The beds and pillows are comfy. Kitchen area was nice. Hot water shower perfect. Very spacious. ***** hair in towel. No blanket or sheet for hideabed. Spatula with no stove not a problem just weird. The nighboring rooms and hallway were loud. All in all in would stay again. Great value.

My daughter and I stayed here for about a month while in the process of moving and we loved it! We felt extremely welcomed right away by Ken at the front desk and throughout our stay he went above and beyond! We felt right at home, infact we are sad to have to leave. Ken always made sure we had everything we needed, he was right on top of everything and we really enjoyed his upbeat personality! May was also very kind and helped us feel comfortable! I didn't catch the name of the breakfast attendant, but she was always on top of things, made sure the food was filled and we had delicious breakfasts every morning! Infact I've convinced my realtor to come stay the night just to try their delicious Chipotle maple syrup on a bagel sandwhich! The breakfasts had something different each day, I didn't get sick of them our whole stay, which is rare for most continental breakfasts. Also the rooms and the whole hotel are always very clean and well taken care of. We have stayed in many different hilton brand hotels across the country, they are usually fairly nice but this one takes our vote for the best because of Ken, May, the other amazing people, the breakfasts and sweet lady running them, the cleanliness, my daughter and I felt safe and the beds are super comfy!

We loved our stay. It was an easy transition from traveling all day to going right to our room.
