The only problem that I had was the hot water would not get hot. I tried at 9 AM every hour until 12 o’clock. I called the desk. They came up and let the water run for a while and finally got hot. That’s a problem. You shouldn’t have to wait until the water gets hot because there’s so many people checking out in the morning. There must be some other problem this was first time experiencing it in any hotel that I have stayed in Otherwise for the price it was good but they need to update. The lamps are old furniture is old need to remodel that the price was so low by booking with you all.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed something. What I didn't like was the overall cleanliness of the room. The carpet was vacumed poorly with obvious debris on the floor. But the worst thing was all the disgusting hair from other guests. Long strands on carpet and in bath area, and behind toilet. It was obvious it has been a long time since anyone got into these areas with a sponge or whatever. The toilet was clean as was the tub. I hate to ding the ownership because everything else was fine, but I had to mention this. Would I stay again? Yes, but I would raise heck with them if the floor looked that way again.

Ceiling was crumbling, bathroom caulking was black. Linen had hair on it. I would have looked for an alternative stay but didn’t have enough time. Breakfast options were very limited. Waffles, coffee and yogurt. I wondered why it was so affordable. I now know why.

We are returning costumers and year after year on our way back from vacations we are alway pleased to return . Very clean and relaxing. We will return for sure

Checked in at 130 am check in was easy staff was nice. Got to room and was instantly disappointed the room smelled stale no ac or air on so it was hot and muggy! Then checked the room and it was not vacuumed or mopped. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the tub. There were crumbs on the carpet and near beds! We only staying to grab few hours of rest before getting back on the road. If it weren’t so late and hadn’t been driving for 8 hours would have definitely found something else for the few hours of rest I needed. There was a plus the the sheets appeared clean!
