房間一般，硬件一般，電視機挺小，衞生間沒有門衹有一塊布，淋浴室也沒有門，也是一塊布，洗澡的時候差點凍死。庭院的門設計也差，得踩着榻榻米才能進去庭院，很不方便。服務特別差，從訂酒店客服的語氣就不怎麼好，當時都不想去住了，但是看網上拍照可以所以還是選擇入住，打了兩次客服電話都態度比較差，入住後管家也沒啥存在感，就羣裏發了幾條必備文字，早上起來去吃早餐，種類特別少，根本不值他們的房價，上去衹吃了兩🥚，看着就像幾百塊錢的酒店早餐一樣。想去酒店沙丘拍照，因為沒有看到標識牌所以就走下去了，來了個服務員就説他們這裡有標識牌，説了兩次，直接説不讓進就行了，反覆説“我們這裡有標識牌”，態度讓人很不舒服。整體入住體驗非常差，不會再入住第二次

The room was nice, and the housekeeper specially arranged two adjacent rooms. The overall service was good. For breakfast, the service staff specially recommended the check-in on the third floor, and also prepared sparkling wine to help take photos and check in.
