服務非常好，有時候讓我覺得好的有點尷尬。
設施：新裝修的還是不錯
衞生：打掃衞生的阿姨很認真，房間收拾得很乾凈
環境：位置很好
服務：服務非常不錯，應該是四星級酒店五星級服務。有免費的茶飲小吃還有泡腳盆。服務員都很熱情，但是熱情了有點過分，讓我覺得有時候有些尷尬，早餐中規中矩。
唯一覺得不滿意的就是我定的這個房間是含三份早餐的，就是因為有這個禪茶室我才定了這個房間，雖然我一個人住，但是是含三份早餐，我早上想打包一份早餐的時候，服務員反覆問很不樂意的樣子，這點讓我有點不開心。而且我再次又續住的時候想要杏皮水也比較困難。

晚上10點到的，前台和停車場人員仍然很熱情，還幫忙升級了家庭房!路過都會問好。早餐很豐富，牛肉麪巨好吃!原來敦煌的牛肉麪是這個味道!房間很乾凈空間大!不愧是小紅薯推薦酒店!很值得!

這是時隔四年第二次來敦煌住這裏，四年前的印象特別好所以這次還選擇了這家，住了四晚。開到停車場我們記憶都清晰了，感覺很親切。服務還是一如既往周到主動。説點提建議的部分：1.酒店洗手間洗漱台好像都換了，所有東西都需要彎腰低頭在桌子裏探着拿，很黑很不方便，尤其是身高高且不方便彎腰的人。一般酒店這些都是要放在枱面上的。 2.沒有臟衣籃，我們給升級了最好的房間，都沒有臟衣籃，用完的毛巾和臟衣服衹能亂堆。非常不舒服。3.泡腳盆旁邊沒有給熱水，等於客人要自己捧着腳盆去洗手間，衹是形象工程了。

酒店附近小吃很多，交通非常便捷，，房間有智能馬桶，智能房，床睡的舒服，酒店熱水也給力，這幾天有點熱，酒店也會提前把房間空調打開，進到房間這的舒服多了，前台小姐姐熱情幫助拉行李，衞生也很乾凈，我們家人都在稱讚這家酒店。
