The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant is very good and helpful. The hotel arranged the western route transportation for us as a gift. We had a good day trip to Dunhuang Silk Road Heritage City, West Thousand Buddha Cave, Yangguan, Yumen Pass, Yadan Geopark.

酒店入住的時候前台幫我們升級了房間，還送了圍脖，得知我們要去鳴沙山前台小姐姐還幫我們租賃了鞋套，還有東西線旅遊，不過我們時間緊張沒來的及體驗，服務很好，會幫你把行李提到電梯口。房間還有泡腳桶可以緩解旅行的疲勞。

酒店大堂員工服務不能更周到了，即便在開早會，看見客人進門馬上過來迎接，倒水，詢問你的需求。貼心送到電梯按好樓層，有問必答。
設施：客房寬敞，床品舒服，智能化窗簾，還有泡腳桶。還貼心準備了小零食和水果，每日一換。
衞生：整潔衞生。每天清潔的時候工作人員會把垃圾桶清空，一次性用品也會及時補上，好評。唯一美中不足，桌面的垃圾和臟衣簍裏用過的浴巾毛巾，住了三天阿姨都沒有收走。
服務：自助早餐品類豐富，味道好。咖啡因依賴的牛馬在西寧酒店住了5天過來後看到咖啡機簡直欣喜若狂。特別喜歡早餐的糯米丸子和煎雞蛋。
敦煌西線或東線旅遊直通車席位 （每個房間限2位）:酒店有自營的旅行社，淡季送了兩個直通車體驗，司機非常專業，各個景點時間卡得精準。而且很辛苦，回程連續開了兩個多鍾很疲憊沒有任何負面情緒，熱情地送你下車到酒店門口，敬業滿分。
