一家新開的喜來登，大堂很漂亮，但是整體感覺服務水平和喜來登應該有的水準還有些差距。
打掃衞生明顯沒到位，進房間。客人東西都掉在地上。在酒店中餐廳吃了一頓晚餐，因為不想再吃西北菜，特意關照了要少油少鹽不要大蒜，都滿足了要求。
值得肯定的是雖然定的套餐不含早，但是朋友是喜來登金卡會員，前台還是很爽快送了雙早，早餐也還可以。
