非常愉快的入住體驗，由於到酒店比較早，房間還沒有整理出來，前台經理Anna看到我們帶着長者主動為我們升級房間，還贈送了新鮮的果盤和哈根達斯，確實為我們節省了很多時間，我們看到前台可能有點缺人手忙不過來，但是經理非常耐心回答了我們關於敦煌行程的問題，一個酒店能有這樣專業的經理在崗絕對生意興隆，下次還來！

大堂張樂經理很熱情的安排了入住，入住了兩天，家人都很滿意。孩子期間有打印作業需求，張經理很熱情的幫我解決了打印問題🙋♀️。酒店有洗衣機，方便了旅遊，衹是數量少，玩回來都需要凌晨夜裡才能排到。幸好後續旅遊行程不是太趕，在車上補覺。
