Please stay here instead of other USD 800^ hotels in the city. It was worth every penny. The experience also exceeded our experience at the top hotel in Dunhuang. We had an absolutely excellent stay. The staff were so friendly and proactive, always offering to help. We were thrilled to get a free room upgrade when we arrived, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff's service was outstanding—they even took care of washing and ironing our clothes and returned them quickly. The breakfast was also very nice. As a final, thoughtful touch, they gave us a souvenir when we left. We highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful service and great experience.

The boss is super nice. The front desk will help carry the luggage up to the second floor. Afternoon tea is fruit tea, there is frozen apricot tea in the evening, and watermelon fruit is served for meals. The room is full of beautiful pictures, and the bathtub and afternoon tea are simply stunning. It's an artifact. The bathtub is very big and comfortable. My kids like it very much. The dining area is next to the swimming pool. If you stay a few more days, you can go swimming at noon. The fruit trees around the yard are all planted by the boss himself. The pears are very sweet. I like them very much. I highly recommend them. Nice (* ¯︶¯*)

住過很多家民宿，敦煌這家我最喜歡，外觀融合了現代和地域的風情，房間寬敞，乾濕分離，乾乾淨淨。

硬件超出預期：
酒店規模比想象中大，二三十間客房保證了私密性，不會嘈雜。中庭安排了小泳池！夏天在泳池邊曬太陽，看看四周鬱鬱葱葱的棗子樹林，也是沙漠區獨特的美。娛樂燒烤區也很大，晚上和朋友們燒烤喝酒看星星，氛圍感直接拉滿。整個酒店的設計審美在線，每個角落都很有腔調，拍照特別出片。
軟件服務滿分：
如果説硬件是基礎，那軟件服務就是靈魂！從入住到離開，每一位工作人員都熱情周到，那種貼心不是刻意的，而是恰到好處、潤物細無聲。需要什麼的時候他們總能及時出現，平時又給你足夠的空間享受假期。
特別要誇誇老闆娘！一位超級nice的女士，跟我們聊了很多。聽她講述從普通旅館一路做到這個野奢民宿的故事，真的很感動。最讓我佩服的是，為了提升服務品質，她竟然親自去五星級酒店“卧底”打工一個月取經！這種用心做事業的態度，難怪酒店處處都能感受到專業的服務細節。

酒店風格很有特色，服務很好，房間夠大，有泡池。爬了一天沙泡泡澡很舒服。衞生乾淨整潔，院子裏還有棗樹可以摘來吃。應該是最好的一家民宿了吧！距離鳴沙山很近步行20分鐘就到了。老闆也很好，我們要去夜市怕我們出行不便還送我們過去，説不好叫車回來還可以來接我們，非常貼心！離店時候我們走的早趕不上早餐，還特意給我們打包了豐富的早餐！以後有機會再來玩還住這兒！

無論是大廳、餐廳、房間還是庭院的每一處都很好，民宿非常漂亮有特色。而且離鳴沙山月牙泉景區比較近，遊玩很方便。管家服務也是無比貼心，從一進門開始，所有的工作人員都是熱情主動，微笑相迎，解釋問題耐心細緻。管家給我們的出行建議都非常合理。早餐主食現煮的臊子麪和餛飩口味也很有家的味道，配有雜糧，麪包，小菜，粥，每天早餐有點不一樣。我們全家一致認為是出來玩的這段時間內住的最舒服的民宿。有機會還會再來敦煌，還是會選擇這裏的，也會給朋友強烈推薦。

這次青甘環線住的最舒服的民宿. 本來定的經典小院.幫忙升級了房型.而且早午餐都可以在房間用餐.晚上還有甜湯.對了. 玩累了回到房間想泡個澡.管家還特意送來的泡澡球.本來每天的行程還是很辛苦.但是到了這裏真的身體和精神都得到了緩解. 離開時還貼心送了小禮物.也是相遇中意外的驚喜！
