This stay was a great experience! Xiaohui at the front desk was friendly and patient. The room was spotless. The location was also very convenient, close to shopping and dining. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I won't dwell on the sanitation and facilities; the pictures speak for themselves. The key points are: first, it was incredibly convenient; the Shazhou Night Market entrance was a three-minute walk from the hotel. Second, it was incredibly warm. Upon learning that I was traveling with elderly people and my car wouldn't reach the hotel entrance, making it difficult to bring my suitcases to the hotel (I even had to support my elderly wife), the front desk lady (Xiaohui) patiently asked me to wait. Then a staff member (who I later learned was the hotel manager, Mr. Sun) arrived and helped me load all my luggage and escorted us to the front desk. Xiaohui, upon noticing our elderly presence, thoughtfully relocated us to a quieter room that required less travel. I'm truly grateful. During my entire Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, I felt the warmth and thoughtfulness of the people of Dunhuang for the first time. Thank you, Xiaohui and Manager Sun. Xiaohui also provided us with detailed travel tips and precautions. It was a truly emotionally rewarding stay. I'll definitely be back again in Dunhuang.
