As everybody says, this place is super clean. As to amenities, there is everything you might need.
The location is outskirt of city. By taxi it might cost 15yuan(US$2.0). But it's well worth visit, for owner and staff's friendliness and helpfulness.
The place is near Mingshashan desert park. You can go there by taxi to west gate tourist center in about 10 minutes costing about 8 yuan (US$1+).

The room is clean, without any smell, and the quilt is also clean. I stayed here for two days, and I saw the owner and the beautiful sister personally change the quilt after the customers left. They have a very good service attitude and a gentle tone. I had a lot of fun during these two days. It is not far from Mingsha Mountain, and it only takes 8 yuan to get there by taxi. It is also very quiet and I was not woken up by other noises. I highly recommend it. I left a lot of garbage when I checked out, which is really embarrassing 😬

Excellent! The service was friendly and helpful. The owner explained Dunhuang's history, surrounding scenic spots, and itineraries, as well as local delicacies. The B&B is located at the foot of Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake, and is within a ten-minute walk of the West Visitor Center, making it convenient for scenic spots. It's an 8-minute walk from the Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake West Visitor Center and 3 kilometers from the Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake Middle Gate Ticket Gate.
