The hotel is in a great location.
Just outside the door is the Dunedin Botanical Gardens/Ecological Park/Municipal Garden/Large Lawn. The roses and alpine vegetation inside are really spectacular.
A short walk along the way, there are various restaurants and a large supermarket (New World).
The famous "World's Most Inclined Street" is not far from the hotel either. We walked back and forth.
Full facilities.
The room is large. The kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom are all independent.
Washing and drying are available.
The best thing is that the hotel provides Chinese services. The front desk lady is very nice.

We loved the accommodation. Well equipped... we only missed some stoves to make food in the loft kitchen so that it was perfect. We would repeat without hesitation

Great, spacious, clean, comfortable loft. Would definitely stay there again. It's a little ways from downtown, but there's a New World supermarket and restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance.
There is assigned parking, but it's a little tight getting in and out.
