Great location quick 20 minute walk to octagon  with bars and restaurants along the way.The room was a good size and very clean.

Convenient and friendly place - all you’d need and a little bit more

Spacious room with well equipped amenities. Warm welcomed by the host.

Clean and tidy. The manager, Barry, gave us an overview of the City. He recommended to us to visit the University and Brewery which were very good too. I hope to return on my next trip to Dunedin. In addition, the washing machine in the room was a plus for us to clean up our dirty clothes during our trip.

Barry and Donna has created a home away from home in Amross . Great attention to details with generous amenities like cookies , coffee Whitttaker chocolates and make up wipes ! Every Unit is spacious and immmaculately clean 😀 Our introduction to Dunedin was amazing because of the helpful advice and the warmt of Barry and Donna .. It is now our permanent place of residence whenever we visit Dunedin.. and

Stayed in Dunedin for one night and chose this motel which is relatively centrally located. It has free parking and plenty of parking spaces. The two bedrooms are small but fully functional, with one king-size bed and one twin bed. The living room is relatively large. The kitchen is at the entrance. Although there are kitchen utensils, the place is small and not very convenient. It does not allow for cooking with strong odors, so we made breakfast. The bathroom is very small, comparable to that in Japan, but the room is very clean and tidy. The landlord is very friendly and helps with luggage. There is no elevator in this hotel! You can walk to the Botanical Gardens and the University of Otago, and other attractions are only a few minutes drive away. Parking here is quite convenient, and the beach is about 15 minutes away by car.

The room was cozy and big, the location was good, parking was convenient, and the grandpa at the order desk, I don't know if he was the landlord, but he was very friendly and told us where to go and where to eat, and greeted us every time we met.
