The hotel facilities are good and the room service is also good. However, parking is really difficult! The half-floor is not reasonable. Please be careful if you are carrying a large suitcase.

Parking is inconvenient: The hotel is in the city center. I walked around the hotel twice but couldn't find the entrance to the parking lot. I had to park on the roadside and then go to check in. As a result, I was told that the hotel parking lot was full and I could only park at a nearby parking lot at my own expense (free from 6pm to 9am, if I remember correctly).
There are two elevators, one new and one old. The old elevator is a bit scary to me...very old;
The room facilities are pretty good, but the ground is partially sunken? Subsidence? I dare not step on it.

The Fable Dunedin is a nice and cosy classic hotel - but it is not really on full 5star level. - In total we had a good stay and enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit remote and the surrounding not that welcoming. This was some compromise because we had to park car there public (for free) - the hotel parking lot was a bit away, what made it inconvenient for us. The breakfast is very good quality, but has to be chosen as a single item from a menu.
