Megan at reception was helpful, warm and so sweet!! The venue is beautiful. We would definitely return.
Only negative is that the dining room is closed when there is an event (ie: wedding) and there is no where to eat without driving, and no food delivery in the area.

This was a lovely place to stay for our anniversary celebration. The rates are quite reasonable and include a free bottle of wine with real wine glasses. We were on the second floor, which is actually at the level of the parking lot, so there are no stairs to navigate. The bottom floor has patios, but we preferred the privacy of the upper floor with a balcony. The room was nicely decorated and clean. It was very nice to sit on the balcony and sip our wine before going to dinner at the Veraisons Restaurant, which is also lovely. We are considering making this our regular place for special celebrations.

It was our first time to stay at Glenora Inn, but we were disappointed. The view from all rooms is fantastic. That was good. The rooms were spacious. That was good. The bathrooms were huge. That wasn't really necessary, but was nice. But for the cost of the stay, the "free" breakfast was not satisfactory. I have stayed in "cheap" hotels and had much, much better breakfasts. Glenora could at least have something hot, other than instant oatmeal. Packaged sweet breads or cakes, yogurt, fruit that didn't look that nice, bottled juice (2 kinds), all were disappointing and less than ordinary. We really wanted to go get breakfast somewhere, but when you're paying what we paid for 3 nights, we felt we couldn't warrant spending more away from the inn. The nice things about the stay was the free glass of bubbly, the free bottle of wine for the room (we upgraded for a small fee so that we could have dry wine) and the view.

Large welcoming room, amazing view of lake and vineyards from private deck. Clean well cared for, had a refrigerator with a complimentary bottle of wine, wine tasting for two, complimentary glass each, continental breakfast to! Bath was large, clean but dated is the only thing Id take a star from.

At check-in, the staff members spoke rapidly and sneered, actions that felt like microaggressions because I'm an Asian tourist. This left me feeling disregarded and very uncomfortable. I hope such behavior isn't repeated in the future.

The inn was in a great spot. The views from the room were beautiful. The surrounding grounds and other vineyards were all wonderful to look at even though it was the off season. The drive around the lake was easy with alot of look out spots. The restaurant at the inn was excellent, good wine and drinks too.

The location of this hotel is what really earns it and excellent review. Every room has a view facing Seneca Lake which is simply beautiful no matter what time of year you go. They have their own winery on site as well and a lovely restaurant. A small continental breakfast is supplied with access to a microwave. The room has a refrigerator and coffee bar so we often bring our own foods. We have probably stayed here 20 times over the years. I recommend traveling here in the office season as the rates are far less and the terrific surrounding wineries are much less crowded.

We have stayed here in the past. It’s clean and the front desk staff is friendly. Great views and a nice patio to hang out on. The bathroom could stand an update, but did the job. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did go to the bar, the older lady working was rather unfriendly, obviously didn’t want to be there. We would go back if the rate was ok, this was off season so it was reasonable.

We've been going to The Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars for over 20 years. So many different feelings when we drive into the parking lot. Sometimes it's a race to the wineries before they close or to make our dinner reservation at Veraisons located at the Inn. Most of the time, it's for a peaceful stay to get away and enjoy the next day of winery hopping. Every time we've been greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed our room. A bottle of wine awaited our visit, just like many times before. By morning, we are out on the patio either enjoying the scenic view or taking pics of our new memories. This visit was gorgeous. The sun was out, and we had warmer fall weather. It was a perfect visit to the Finger Lakes. Our rooms have always been clean, and we've had no issues with any type of maintenance. The Continental breakfast could be better. The Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars is a trusted, safe, and a welcoming visit every time.
