Everything was great, view, room, all great services.  Sample wine bottle and tastings came with room. Fantastic!

This was a difficult one to score. Some things were good and others were considerably less so. The headboard had many slim slats - all covered with dust. As my wife is allergic to dust we called to ask if it could be cleaned. The response was that the cleaning staff had left for the day, but it was fine if we wanted to clean it ourselves. We did just that, but for $300 a night I don't expect to have to clean the room. The air intake for the HVAC system was also covered with dust. On the other hand the room was large with nice cherry furniture and the view of the lake was spectacular. A bottle of wine was included with the room, a nice touch if you like sweet wine. The breakfast was better than it looked, with the banana bread in the plastic moist and tasty. The coffee was dreadful, but then we don't appreciate weak coffee and maybe you do. We had to take the breakfast back to our room or eat outside. The dining room was right next door, but apparently they didn't want it messed up. There were staffing shortages, so maybe this will be better later in the year. I can't imagine going back.

We have done tastings in the tasting room and attended concerts in the summer. But, this was our first time staying in the Inn. The room was quite nice with lovely views of Seneca Lake in the distance. The overnight stay included wine tasting and a bottle of wine in our room. It also included a 'continental' breakfast. The coffee was good. The rest was pre-packaged breads, instant oatmeal etc. It was lacking. We ended up driving the 3 miles to Dundee to the Classic Cafe for a good breakfast. Aside from the breakfast, the stay was lovely.

It needs to be cleaned better but overall a nice place to stay if wine touring
