Great getaway in the middle of the week.
This was our first two-room vacation, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous in helping us find the best location. We had a toilet that wouldn't flush, and the staff moved both rooms to a different location in order to rectify the problem. The rooms and overall hotel were clean, the staff was friendly, and we will be returning soon.

Not worth the trip
There are so many other waterparks that are 500% better than this one for the same price. My 8 year old granddaughter wanted to leave after 2 hours. This park might be good for small babies and toddlers? Not bigger kids. All the vending machines were out of order. The restaurant was closed. There were hardly any people. We waited 15 minutes to pay to get in when it opened. The arcade was not air conditioned and was unbearable to stay in... Not a good experience. Go to a different waterpark. Would not go here again.

We just stayed there as part of a larger group for baseball in Tecumseh. The manager was and staff were awesome! All the kids loved the water park. Would gladly stay there again. John in Birmingham, MI

I will never come back here they had bedbugs and the room was dirty . The pool was dirty the air didn’t work it was terrible

Not so good
The website failed to inform us that the water park wristbands don’t come with the room. All the vending machines and elevators were down the inter time.

What I didnt like was the fact ******* didnt explain that there was an additional fee to enter the water park. Imagine renting three rooms and having to pay $50 per person with a group of 12. You all need to put that on the site. The hotel was very accommodating but i was livid.
